As film and TV production activity continues to grow in Scotland, we need to ensure Scotland’s screen workforce and infrastructure increases with it – not only the writers, producers and directors, but also the diverse range of other jobs and skills across production, distribution, marketing, business and finance, exhibition, education, festivals and audience development.
